Authentic Engagement

I ran across this video recently and find it so right on, not right on because I am some kind of left wing socialist nut, but because I know its truth and have used the science in creating CEO2. In fact, we have never had a failure to engage using this counter intuitive process. Much of what we believe to be true as CEOs is simply NOT. Enjoy.
